EPISODE #17 – A SWARM OF ALIEN BEETLES

Zark has played a little joke on Keyop. He’s told him that a rare butterfly that he needs for his collection has been spotted in the city. Keyop has been searching for it for hours and has found nothing. But, nearby, a group of children have discovered something. They’ve each found a strange little black bug and have taken it home for a pet. Keyop finds one, too, and takes his home, feeling better about not finding the butterfly.

That night, while the children sleep, the bugs begin to grow and, kidnapping the kids, break out of the house. Keyop has been hypnotized and sucked into his bug’s body too, and his brain has been attached to a special monitor. The bugs are a ruthless scheme of the evil-minded Zoltar. He plans to drain the children of all their energy and to use this power to attack the Earth.

The G-Force has been alerted to this new danger, but they are powerless to destroy the monster bugs because Keyop and the kids are inside them. Instead, they follow the bugs into the mountains and to the headquarters of the bugs’ commander, Kinatch. The commander has put all of the children and Keyop in a holding tank awaiting Zoltar’s instructions. Mark and Princess sneak into the headquarters and escape with all the prisoners. The Earth’s Fighter Squad has been standing by and they move in to destroy all the alien beetles. Zoltar has watched as his plan was defeated, and commands Kinatch to self-destruct the base and himself. Kinatch does as he’s told.

Or will the evil Zoltar capture them too, in his mad determination to drain the Earth's energy and conquer the galaxy?
