Zoltar, the evil prince of the planet Spectra, has again attacked Earth with his latest machine of destruction, a robot-controlled space vehicle that resembles an octopus. Zoltar’s craft is so superior to anything G-Force has ever encountered that the Phoenix is destroyed. However, the super brain of 7-Zark-7, robot guardian of Center Neptune, designs and builds a new and more sophisticated Phoenix for G-Force. During the next space skirmish, Zoltar is sent scurrying in defeat back to planet Spectra.
