This ad appeared in TV Guide in the San Diego, California area. It ran in October, 1978 after Battle of the Planets had premiered. The ad promoted the airing of the series on CBS affiliate KFMB-TV, channel 8.


 

This ad appeared in TV Guide in the New Haven, Connecticut area. It ran in October, 1978 just after Battle of the Planets had premiered. It promoted the airing of the series on ABC affiliate, WTNH-TV, channel 8.


 

This ad appeared in TV Guide magazine from NBC affiliate, WEAU-TV 13, which served the Eau Claire and La Crosse, Wisconsin areas.


 

This ad appeared in TV Guide magazine for independent, WYAH-TV, channel 27, which served the Norfolk, West Virginia area. WYAH was one of the few, if not only, stations in the US that did additional editing to Battle of the Planets. It was owned by a religious organization that muted out any references of Zoltar treating the Luminous One as a deity.
