But I'm also gonna say the giant beetles that kidnapped kids (including Jinpei) are up there for me. I just find them a bit creepy.

And the Neon Giant that Smiles in the Dark - the amusement park Indian chief statue that turns into an illuminated walking weapon of destruction. It sort of plays into a "what if the big statue came to life" imaginings of very small me. Plus the image of Joe on Ryu's shoulders trying to get closer to it to fire a shot, while avoiding being trodden on . . .

All the ones mentioned were great. I would have to say the creature with 1000 Eyes. That thing was weird.

The one I detest is the magnetic ball - the one ep I dislike in Battle (say it's not so!). That mech was just stupid.

As much as I wish all the Good Morning Ninja Team Gatchaman episode were there... that channel just has a scratch on the surface. The series ran weekday mornings on Nippon Television from mid-April 2011 to the end of March 2013. There were over 475 main episodes, plus seasonal and holiday specials and a few promotional ones, putting the total number of episodes to over 500. They took breaks, during which some of the previous episodes were repeated.

The broadcaster loaded the day's episode on their site and kept it there until the next one aired (Friday episodes stayed up until Monday). If you missed one, the only chance to see it again was to hope it showed up in a rerun. Thankfully, some were later released on three official DVDs (the content on the YouTube channel you linked to comes from the first of these). The DVDs combined only had 100 episodes, from throughout the series' entire run.

Following that was Good Morning!!! Doronjo, which featured the lead villain and cohorts from Tatsunoko's Yatterman series. It ran for almost 250 episodes from 2015 - 2016, along with a few specials. It felt like a sequel to Good Morning Ninja Team Gatchaman, as many episodes featured that series' cast, and continuity with it. All the Good Morning!!! Doronjo episodes were accessible on YouTube for a while.

Most of these were a lot of fun for Gatchaman fans. But, some centered on Japanese celebrities and current events while others referenced Nippon Television personalities and inside jokes. Viewers outside of Japan may not have found them as funny.

I sure wish the rest of the Good Morning Ninja Team episodes would get released on home video or be made officially available in some way to see again. It was a very silly show that knew how to have fun with Gatchaman.

That is me! I absolutely love those Good Morning ninja team shorts, now I HAVE to go back and finish translating the episodes I’ve found i definitely haven’t found all of them, but I did find a YouTube playlist with more than what I’ve got up in Japanese only — still probably not all of them, as Jason said they had so many of those things for promotional events, seasons, crossovers.. everything! There’s also a “Mazinger Zip” floating around, it’s not Tatsunoko-Pro but the shorts themselves are by the same people.
