Yes, it looks like the sculptor girl was able to finish that Jesus head after all. It's a nice touch and nod back to the episode!

I got to meet Steve Orlando today at the comic con. What a nice guy!
He signed my Galactor comic book and we geeked about that and the Joe comic that just came out. He was more than happy to hang out and talk with me.
He also informed me they are going to do a one shot for Nambu, and a story with Red Impulse.
Lots to look forward too.

That's great! I'm glad to hear you had a fun time talking with him and learning about some of the upcoming plans. There will be more to come, for sure! There were a few series creators at the San Diego Comic-Con this year, but I think Sanford Greene was the only one who appeared at Mad Cave's booth. I wasn't able to meet any of them in person unfortunately.

Anyone else pre-order Vol. 1 Deluxe Edition hardcover due out October 7th, but haven't received it yet?
By email several weeks ago I was told it was delayed. A week after that, he said he'd get back in a week, but now nothing. I emailed again yesterday, but no response yet. It's listed as currently available on their website as well as on other sites.

Didn't realize there was a hardcover. Also sometimes they either take awhile to answer, or they just put it in the mail for you.

The volume 2 deluxe hardcover is supposed to be out in March. Weirdly it seems the Mad Cave itself didn't yet get their copies of Vol. 1 deluxe HC though lots of others and them have it listed as available now.
