This is still a way out, but since it's been offered for pre-order on the publisher's site, I can mention it. I'm going to have a Battle of the Planets article in TwoMorrrows Publishing's RetroFan Magazine #36! It won't be out until December 2024, but there's no reason to wait, eh? Here is a mock-up of the cover art, which will surely change:

You should be able to. TwoMorrows sells digital copies (for $4.99 USD, I think), or they will ship physical copies to just about anywhere around the world from their site.
