A UFO appears but 7-Zark-7 can’t reach Tiny. Without G-Force and the Phoenix, the craft is able to destroy an oceangoing vessel. At a debriefing, Tiny admits he fell asleep and removed his wrist radio. As this is against regulations, Chief Anderson suspends Tiny from G-Force. Tiny returns to his small hometown, where he discovers something has been terrorizing the local fishermen. Their boats have been disappearing and they’re refusing to take any more out.

Back at Center Neptune, Anderson has been studying samples of ships that have been sunk and he finds a trace element that can be found only on one planet in the known universe - Spectra. They have to locate Spectra's base and stop them.

At the village, Tiny and his young friend Tommy are Scuba diving when they spot one of Spectra's Bat-Ray machines underwater. Tiny swears Tommy to secrecy once they surface. Chief Anderson and G-Force then arrive in town to investigate the ships that have been reported sunk in the area. Tiny doesn't take their presence very well, and sulks off on his own to take care of the Bat-Ray machine.

Mark follows Tiny’s path where he finds Spectra’s base. Inside the base's control room, Mark's every move is being monitored by the Spectra commander, Gola. He has already captured Tiny and Mark is soon rendered unconscious by a series of gas jets.

Elsewhere, two Spectra guards tell Tiny that Gola wants to talk with him. Tiny knocks both guards out and is able to free Mark, who in turn floods the entire base. While this destroys the entire fleet of Bat-Ray machines, it also traps Mark and Tiny with no way to escape. Mark gets a signal to G-Force and Jason takes the Phoenix underwater into the Spectra base, where Keyop takes off in his vehicle to rescue them.

The entire village turns out to thank G-Force for helping rid them of the Spectra threat, and G-Force head back to Center Neptune again - with Tiny reinstated to the team by Chief Anderson.
