EPISODE #18 – A WHALE JOINS G-FORCE

Bay City is the next target for Zoltar’s evil plans. He has created a giant monster whale that will destroy all of the marine fuel refineries located there and also kill all of the peaceful whales that migrate near Bay City thus upsetting the balance of nature in the Earth’s oceans.

The G-Force has been given a red alert to this situation and have deployed the Phoenix to search out the mechanical monster. They spot it traveling off the coast of Bay City but are unable to destroy it before it kills a mother whale. A baby whale is swimming next to its dead mother’s body and the G-Force must stop its pursuit of the mechanical whale to save it from an attack by killer sharks. Keyop goes to the rescue in his Star Buggy, nets the baby whale and brings it up to safety. Keyop names the baby Nambu and the little whale is so grateful that it volunteers to help G-Force track down the mechanical killer.

The Phoenix follows Nambu as he swims toward the North Pole and the secret under-ice Spectra base. Their first stop is a tracking station that they neutralize, but they still must find the main base. Nambu swims further and further beneath the ice flow and finally locates the base. Princess uses her electronic darts to destroy the Spectra sea monsters, and Keyop drills a hole through the ice and saves Nambu from suffocation.

#18 – A WHALE JOINS G-FORCE

During a running battle with Zoltar, above the ocean, Keyop saves the life of an orphaned baby whale, about to be attacked by a school of sharks. At Center Neptune the baby of Spectra have devised a huge, shark-like space weapon that can travel under the sea as well as through space. 7-zark-7 alerts G-Force and sends them accompanied by the baby whale, to intercept and prevent further attacks on coastal power stations. Thanks to the baby whale's love for Keyop, G-Force is again triumphant in routing Zoltar. Starring Alan Young as 7-Zark-7 and Keye Luke as Zoltar.
