EPISODE #43 – VICTIMS OF THE HAWK Zoltar has struck again! This time he’s destroyed an important Solar Energy Center on the asteroid, Cretola. Luckily everyone except two young technicians was evacuated before the attack. However, the weapons Zoltar used have set off magnetic storms and torrential rains that have cut off radio contact between Center Neptune and the two technicians. Because Zark can’t speak to them he doesn’t realize that they were separated during the attack but have finally found each other and are heading back to Earth. As they near our planet, they re-establish radio contact and tell Zark that they will be landing. When they arrive at the airport, they are greeted by their old friend, Gino. Jason has been alerted to their arrival and he’s there, too – but he keeps his distance when he sees Gino and just watches. He decides to follow Gino in his car – something seems wrong – but while he is tailing him, he’s attacked and his car is demolished. Meanwhile, the two young technicians have continued their journey home and are on another plane. Suddenly, the stewardess turns into a robot and they are sucked inside its body which turns into a rocket and blasts off into outer space. Mark, Tiny and the Princess see the rocket take off and pursue it. It heads back to Cretola and into Spectra headquarters. Our heroes sneak onto the premises that are alarmingly quiet. Gino has seen them enter his territory and sends his Hawk machine after them. During the spectacular laser fight that ensues, Princess drops her compact and its mirror reflects one of the Hawk’s beams, destroying it. Gino takes off his disguise, revealing that it was Zoltar all along, and blasts off in his escape rocket. The G-Force find the two technicians, but it’s too late. They’ve been turned into robots and when they try to transmute back into human form, they disintegrate. *** Synopsis for episode promotion #43 – "VICTIMS OF THE HAWK" G-Force is dispatched on a dangerous mission to rescue a young couple who have been kidnapped by the aliens from Planet Spectra.
